The product is good the best part is the charging box so cute and small where we can carry in our pocket. The earphones are good good the design and the quality. Bass is good and the treble is also good, sound balancing is too good its crystal clear and neat. Tested the calling quality with my frds they said its clear and no disturbance in the voice and background sounds. Over all I am happy with it and if I could get discount it would be more happier. Overall It's great! Sound Quality is superb. Bass is perfectly great. Trebles are perfect. Design is dope. Only one issue that i faced was the perfect fit the ear plugs which were provided with it was of no use to me. I had to use my own ear plugs with these urban earbuds to have a perfect fit in my ears. They need to work on ear plugs' design.

From Wired to Wireless. Guys, this is a really good product, but be careful with the customer support. I have bad experience from Noise Shots customer support. But Urban has 1-year manufacturing warranty so no issues at all and their customer support is really receptive so far. Overall this product is a best in the market. Buy on Amazon itself guys, don’t trust other online people, they might cheat you with a duplicate product.
